Starcraft 2 coming soon in end of year 2009!

After read from softpedia get to know that Blizzard might launch Starcraft II close beta by the end of this year.

I think the only point that Blizzard game is they require a long time to development and make sure the game is better than previous version at the same time maintance high quality gaming experience.

So maybe in order not to let Starcraft fan to wait for a longer period, they decided to break Starcraft II into 3 different version which entitled:

1. Terrans: Wings of Liberty
2. Zerg: Heart of the Swarm
3. Protoss: Legacy of the Void

So the Terrans: Wings of Liberty version will most likely be the first version to come out. I bet there will sure have an expansion and finally the battle chest which combine all the three version and the expansion together similar for all the previous product from Blizzard like Starcraft, Diablo II, Warcraft III and World of Warcraft.

Another thing to highlight here is Blizzard going to merge their Battlenet into one and combine the database for the rest of their Battlenet games.

This will give user to login to Battlenet using one single account just like what they did for World of Warcraft.

So close your figure all the Starcraft fans out there, hope that Blizzard is able to launch Starcraft II at the end of this year 2009 or by spring of 2010. Cheers!
